dear soupers, thank you for everything, happy new year, i have been busy with real life.. i will be slowly catching up etc. just wanted to post this before contest closes.. quick scribble

Still Bleeding, Anacreontic Couplet

Still bleeding from curse of hate.
Demon eyes gaze at my fate.
Where is my silent sweet knight,
who will save me from this plight?
Slay this evil with his wrath,
then lay petals on my path.

Though you might not have taken much time to write this, this has come out so well ! Poetry, you have always up your sleeve dear Empress. The sweetest songs are those that tell of saddest thought!
