Stewed

Delicious tender beef chunks
simmered with onions
and small round white potatoes
in a seasoned sauce.
Real men don’t eat quiche.
They adore
stew!

This sounds like my mother's beef stew, Andrea. I could never duplicate her recipe though and I used to take out the potatoes. Really enjoyed your humor in the quiche line. Congratulations on your win in Sara's contest. Love, Carolyn

Wel I'm afraid you got that right Andrea. Nothing hits the spot and stays with you during the work day like a good stew. Also, getting stewed stays with you too but that's a different subject! congrats to you on your win!
