Celestial jewel of eye delight
treasure from God Who grants faith’s sight
beauteously radiant, ceaselessly bright
firmament wonder driving astronomic flight
galaxy ornament mystifying constellation gazers’ might
such is my stellar power, reaching from outer space height ---
--- illumining your poetic muse against visual blight!

As a great light* with valued luminescence 
star am I affecting solar system’s iridescence
created out of the Lord’s omnipotence and omniscience
from me plants get chlorophyll for nutritious essence
being the sun: electricity source, force of industrial excellence…
such is my triumphant solar experience midst life rays' influence ---
--- sharing with you heaven’s opulence!

Beata, your poem surely transcends several of the listed 'Star' poem winners. It is very significant, felt from within and radiates brightly. It is sometimes the way, - judges expect a very literal depiction of the Contest topic. I feel your admiration for God and his splendour in your life.
