Staying By You
Just acting strong I was
When everything looks more than worse
But I am me! I show no remorse
I laugh, I play and taunt of course
But that's for you
And i don't think you can see it too
When you are down
And am down
Who will then pick you up?
When you are falling
And am falling
Then don't we have the same destiny?
Oh one of mine,
When you are falling, I can pretend am hung
And grab your hand as you sunk
When you are down, I can pretend to be on my knee
Crawling up to you and pulling up your glee
It may be hard doing but you already soothe
It may be tough, but your heartbeat made my fears mute
I will be there at night, to watch your moony face as you smile-
In a dream which makes you happy
I will be there in the day, to watch your lips strike-
Together with words that express your deepest feelings
But before that promised night, and before that day
By your side I will forever stay
