Stay Awake!
While He was praying, His face changed in appearance and clothing became dazzling White. Luke 9:29
The Transfiguration is an amazing event (Father Christ) Jesus shining as sun conversing with Moses and Elijjah-
His 3 apostles were asleep
Fortunately for us
They awake in time to hear (Eternal) God saying to them (and to us)
“This is my chosen (Eternal) Son, listen to Him”
Asked a good friend
“What’s secret of Happy life”
“Stay awake!”
Means be present to the present moment-do not live in past
Or Fret (state of anxiety or worry) the future
Pay attention to people
Walk in and out of life everyday
Engage with nature
People
Scripture (as you’re doing now)
Be sensitive to the movements own heart
Mini-Transfigurations happening everyday Seasons changing
Child maturing
New insights emerging
Love deepening
Small deeds goodness unfolding around Don’t miss them!
