This does not necessarily represent the views of where I work.

Today, the Australian Government in the Senate, is debating whether to give the territories the right to self legislate euthanasia. Arguments on both sides seem emotive rather than actual.

State sanctioned suicide, Is it yes or is it no, Do you want to have a say, On how and when you go, Should your choice of life and death, Be yours when you drop the ball, Or, should how and when you pay your debt, Be the churches call, Even though religion’s not your thing, Should your final breath, Be dictated by the church, For a slow and drawn out death, I know what I want for me, Please let me explain, I want free will and choice to end my life, And not go through the pain.
