Starstruck
As the moon and stars wink and twinkle with delight
I stare mesmerized at this celestial sight
The moon's all aglow and the stars shine like a gem
They seem as happy to see me as I do them
And as I continue to gaze unto the morn
I'm amazed at how many new stars that are born
When I watch in awe as the sun begins to rise
Then I realize that another star fills my eyes
