Starlong, My Mother

My name, is Starlong
In a far, far corner of the galaxy
I live, even today

Once upon a time
I was the creator
Of an entire solar system

At first, there was nothing to share
And because the planets were cold and dark
I was truly alone

As such, I began to crave
Their companionship
Devoid of warmth, though they were

Eventually, my flames brought them to life
And they called me: Mother.
