Stargazing Tonight

Cosmic energy producing the mystery of heat and light,
they appear to twinkle yet they’re really still in sight.
Over one hundred billion galaxies
delight us with stars,
how much luminosity shows just how far
from earth they are.
They all carry different temperatures
and appear a different hue-
cooler stars appear red or orange and
hot stars white or blue.
Little protostars shine with each beautiful constellation,
it’s all such living proof of God’s miraculous imagination.
Evolving over billions of years each *
one different in shape- * *
The mystery remains knowing there *
is nowhere to escape. *
I find infinite beauty while daydreaming * *
about astronomy, *
and collectively curious about my native *
Aries astrology. *

Luminous chemical reactions created such elegant allure,
and why is that some seem so clear when others are a blur?
P A T T E R N S of stars arranging my
destiny in my nightly dreams-
Formation of a solar system
flaming brilliant beams.
Glowing with wonder and gleaming in radiant light,
stargazing has brought an incandescent memory tonight.
