Star Party

At the beach of Coney Island
     IHere in Brooklyn - home of the Brooklyn Cyclones
I attended a star party 
with some friends 
    Gazing through the telescope 
I saw the rings around 
   one of the solar system giants
        Felt a bit dwarfed 
by the immensity of space 
     But recovered 
            with a cup of green tea
 Made in China 
     where they have a space program 
                             as they do in Israel 
Even though it is the land of the Bible

This time though...I was thinking you'd seen something with green teats in the telescope. Sounds kinda scary, if you ask me! Have a great night, Mikki
