Star Fish

Looking up from the bottom of the sea
I thought I had seen all there was to be
Nothing that appeared had reason to keep
I’m turning over, going back to sleep.

Tides do not wake me, I dream with the flow
There is longevity here, where life lives below
I’ve been here for hundreds of years
Untouched by time, my age does not appear

Definitely a different perspective. Nice not to have to worry about time. Some species are lucky that way. Have a great day my friend.
