Stand Up
STAND UP
Stand up!
Don't give up.
Don't wave the white flag.
Don't give in.
What a shame! What a sin!
Those in power are afraid of you.
You're afraid too.
Don't let courage melt in the face of fear,
or no one will hear.
It's a cruel fate
to realize too late
you were right all along.
Don't think twice.
Sing your fight song.
Get in tune
and do it soon.
Don't worry about a thing.
Jump on the train
and speak plain.
Tell the truth
in your youth.
You still have time.
"Face your fear and do it anyway."
Who cares what others say.
It's your life.
Face the strife.
If you're wrong
forget it.
But if you're right
fight!
You'll never regret it.
