I also like Sylvester Stallone, his Rocky series was great, I always liked the first one the best, him running up those steps to that music, always gets me inspired~~

Tough guy with the skinny legs! ha ha. He's as disproportionate as Dolly Parton's bra is to her undies! ha ha. I love pickin on him. Great fun in this one. See, u did what you are supposed to do; stir up great emotion! ha ha. Been reading thru many of your haikus at work on my break and they are very funny! Best to you! Gwendolen

An American murder immediately came to mind. I expect you've heard of Zona Heaster Shue? I researched her for a contest on West Virginia (but didn't place). I very much suspect she just had a cunning mother, but her husband was supposedly brought to justice by his wife's ghost visiting her mother. What do you think of that one? Or something loosely based on that case?

Great, Jack! Let's do a write on an ex wife who comes back to haunt her husband. You pick the setting. Perhaps one of Henry VIII's wives? Could be modern-day as well. Let's think about this concept and see what we can put together. Love, Carolyn (No, I've never met James, but if I get to the UK, I hope it will be possible.)

Jack, when you have some time, perhaps we could try to co-write something "spooky." I do enjoy co-writing with others very much and John is such a spiritual man. He has my deepest admiration. Love, Carolyn

Even though I never cared much for the Rocky series, I do love your approach in this poem, Jack. As a lady I fancy "tough guys" with soft hearts. Best wishes in the favorite movie star contest! Love, Carolyn
