Stage of I Must Be Cupid

Stage (I must be cupid) 
Here's the new protest 
and another historical parade 
here's our happy ending 
to listening to the ongoing arguments they've made 
Here's the act, 
and a different 
chapter to the same story. 
Here's another legendary fairytale 
and anew found man made god. 

Heres the history repeating itself 
and anew one to be replaced 
can't control everything 
but its funny because we already do. 
Here's your new politics 
and life's art broken down to a science 

Here's anew reason to go to war 
Here's anew dream to explore 
Here's a sexual salvation 
Here is the contradiction of seperate perfections 

You need an invitation to get in 
heres a new holiday and we're 
racing around the world 
here's a secret surprise 
that no one ever sees coming 
they can show you hate, but we don't want you to learn 
let me show you something new 
don't say you don't deserve love 

Here's something for me, Here's something for you, 
Here's something for us. 
Happiness is something 
you find outside yourself 
and place within 
Sorrow seems to be the art of escapism 
but don't fall into that trap 
it can seal your fate. 

Here is the new plan 
and there are soo many reasons 
Here's another game to play 
and something we all want to say 
Here is something we seem to deny ourselves 
and here is the crime of the century 
Here is our stand for forgiveness 
Here is our question 
about lessons learned. 

Here is a new conformity 
to one day rebel against 
Here is the perfect truth 
of a controversial lie 
Here is our 3 visits to hell 
and our preplanned planetary escapes 

This has nothing to do with God 
This has nothing to do with Jesus 
THis has nothing to do with spirituality 
This has to do with us and a much better selfless sacrifice 
This has to do with a remedy for an old obsession 
and a better trauma 
called love for the next to top
