They are such a delight to sit and watch William. I am sorry we don’t have them here, but our mongoose give them a run for their money! Congratulations on your wonderful win with this cute haiku. Blessings xxoo

True, the Hawaiian mongoose sadly reigns supreme, here in the islands, also, other predatory species have also found a niche in the islands via illegal entry. I believe tough measures should be undertaken to stamp out ignorance who flagrant disregard of our ainas fragile ecosystem. Drastic measures on my part seem rare but necessary, thanks, Connie, Aloha!

A Haiku worthy of praise. Squirrels play in chasing each other then food forage. Busy bodies for sure. Congratulations! Brian

Wow! Congrats! Thanks for sharing this... making me virtually delight in squirrels... since I haven't seen one yet in its natural habitat (except in the zoo once). God bless you.

So sprightly, balancing work and play... A lovely haiku that has captured the dominant traits of a squirrel....

Here, we have their mongoose cousins who're a bit aggressive, and stealthy, total house crashing critters, ugh!
