Squirm the Germ Vs.1 There’s a germ, his name is Squirm, he lives inside our head, and when we cough or sneeze or wheeze, he jumps right out instead! So….. (Point to your head, then use both hands wide open to show how the germs will jump out) Chorus Cover your cough! (make cough noise into the crook of your arm.) Cover your sneeze! (use hand motions that mimik hand washing) That squirmy germ just hates it! He thinks it’s such a pain!
