Squiggles On a Page
Squiggles on a page.
They mean nothing.
Pay close attention.
Get enough right no one will know.
Go through the motions.
They mean nothing.
Take them apart. Copy them diligently.
Application is everything,
This is a lost cause.
You are lucky to bit by bit copy.
Knowing no significance.
Nothing in your world relates.
Do not let the enemy know!
He did not help your dad.
He will not help you.
Your dad is proud.
He thinks you can read.
You never tell him you cannot.
The same as him.
Neither of you knowing
you were not only dyslexic
but you both needed glasses.
