Springtime Breezes

Springtime Breezes

When damp springtime breezes
melt away winter freezes
I often think of you

When warm summer winds
sting my red, sunburned limbs
I often think of you

When cool autumn squalls
sneak a draft through my walls
I often think of you

When cold winter blows
at my frostbitten toes
I often think of you

When daylight peeks in
and my long day begins
I often think of you

When I turn out the light
and lie awake every night
I always think of you
