Spring In the Moonlight
I stand in a field filled
with the many glorious
colors and sweet
aromatic smells of
spring when I sit
in the luscious green
grasses to gaze up and
see the brilliant shimmering
beauty of all the celestial
bodies i wonder if they too
could see and smell the
fresh scents of the
many hues of spring
Surely they could because
the moon seemed to
smile down as his
luminous beams touch
all the flowers to
glisten off the fresh dew
that sprinkled the
leaves and petals
Was the moon in awe of
this glorious beauty as i was
in them both for nothing
compared to this
splendiferous spring in
the moonlight
