Caressing the dark, warm earth Like prayers for contentment Sunlight whispers beyond the Emerald stems and branches Making a scene as it falls In rich, vibrant mixtures of Pale buttery yellow, gold Heaven whispers delight As songbirds shudder, shake With notes so alive there’s No doubt life has begun Where lone hints of decay Stay beneath undergrowth Laughing colors, crisp Clean and comforting Sprout from underneath Gentle petals, life New birth of blossoms Whispers of love Twinkle on moon Stars flickering Sending fresh joy Butterflies Race about Brushing hearts Blessings Reach down Spring
