Spiritual Evolution
When atlast my eyes look into my soul
And my knowing bursts forth with new
Understanding, how painful this experience.
To lose my beliefs, fault truths to me familiar.
My innocence gone forever for I can't unring
The bell vibrating in my soul. Knowledge.
I can not adequately explain my truths.
This is my time, not yours.
My epiphany is both joy and sorrow.
Joy in my conscious evolution but deep
sadness of loss in my ignorance.
O'God, to be in the company of such few
Who understand your Magnificents is
Truly a very lonely place.
