Spiritual Confusion

I fear I've become jaded and am no longer open my light has faded my transmitters are broken thoughts lacking direction just wandering about looking for intention yet finding only doubt emotions lacking cause searching for a purpose digging with their claws creating a bigger fuss in a state of shock my mind is currently existing reasoning seems to mock and knowledge is resisting advice from my heart and messages from my soul luckily, intuition's too smart to abandon its goal

So accurately reflecting that time of doubting. Sometimes I find I'm trying too hard and have to "Let it be," for I know He is understanding and will not let me go.

I enjoyed this poem, Christy! Mostly because I can relate to it so much! The word "Spirit" comes from Latin Spiritus, meaning "Breath" I find it interesting the roots of words.

Christy, I feel like we are in the same boat. Trap in there and can't swim to shore. But I have faith that we will come out of it one day and fly with wings of freedom of joy. Great poem, I enjoyed it. Hugs :)

We all have the freedom to believe what we want to believe though internally those beliefs can sometimes be questioned. Good luck in your journey Christy. Once again, an awesome poem.
