Magnificent and regal, she stands, alive with wisdom and a sense of purpose in her plans. She lingers along the ridges of great mountains of pine, creating beds within the laurels and fern, beckoning the pack to share her shrewd choice for a lair. Her hair is thick and gray, exquisite in its fascinating appeal to the introspective soul. She reminds the onlooker that she is one to always listen to when the moon turns full and bright. She raises the hair on most creatures necks when she moves her nose to the air, beckoning all to listen to her as she howls out a gracious tune for the hearer. She is alive with a muse that seems to say, “I am sure. I am strong. I am wise and filled with faith”… and that is who I choose to grace my thoughts as a animal who I will embrace as my own spirit animal.
