Spells

With all you're feeling you don't know just what to do
Seems that time has cast a spell over you
But you will never quite be able to forget me
You just can't wish me away or let what we feel so strongly for each other be
I know all to well this is true because from our memories I can't be free
You hear my voice everyday and from deep within the night so very soon you will come to
see
I speak the truth and from the sound of my voice you will be able to find exactly what you
seek
I will not any longer allow myself to define myself by being weak
Look deep into my eyes for once I'm stronger than you know, I'm not that all too fragile girl
who you remember breaking at the sound of your goodbye
I still might once and awhile but no longer do I continuously sit here alone and for you cry
I'll be the one right there in the back of your mind
I'm the one with whom you've been searching so hard to find
True love is what you and I share in together and what we have is far from being blind
However just exactly what I have put my own self through is really unkind
For in the night I find it hard to sleep
Visions of my love for you have went so far overboard and are so extremely deep
And yes as I've said sometimes once and again tears from my weary eyes seep
But I believe you deep down understand and know
I would rather be always alone
Than to ever willingly forever be without you
And I deep down understand and know that somehow you feel that way for me too
I keep the hope alive that one day soon the spell over you will be lifted in time
And perhaps you may one day be again all mine
Either way it goes however I will never be able to forget you
And you will never be quite able to forget me either spell or not you will never get away from
the sound of the woman that truly loves you...and inside you know you sense it as well, oh
yes you know you do
