Spectacular Sunset On Our Final Resting Place

Thanks so much Donna - this Island is our home and it's where my ashes will be scattered - the top picture is so so stunning and i have it on my PC desktop and it is even more gorgeous on a larger scale. I am overwhelmed with the support and comment's I've had from that poem and although the event was so painful at the time I am at peace now and the poem was so cathartic to write:-) hugs Jan xx

Thanks Susan I never know if I've written a proper haiku as i struggle with the juxtaposition of the final line, my hubby put the top pic on my computer as one of my screen savers and I absolutely adore the picture, it looks even better when it fills the whole screen!:-) hugs jan xx

Thanks Agnes - I checked and the top pic was taken in 2010 ... I thought it was a lot more recent than that but it certainly is a spectacular sunset. i have it as one of my desk top pictures, they change every ten minutes:-) hugs jan xx

Its a beautiful place Ilene and when we made out wills when my hubby had cancer we chose it as our final resting place:-) hugs jan xx

The pictures were just taken on his phone - its amazing how technology allows us to do such things!:-) hugs jan xx
