Speaking of Dreams

speaking of dreams
the thrill, the screams

limbs are frozen,
eyes open wide

speaking of dreams…

zombies in beds
kids hiding under them

the thrill, the screams…

a clown suspended
over the bed

the thrill, the screams…

window too close
a monster’s guillotine

speaking of dreams…

scintilla of light
grand peeks heaven

speaking of dreams
the thrill, the screams

A panorama of the dream state, Kim. Dreams can be very exaggerated to and child, and sometimes, heavenly. Thanks for sharing your thoughts through your poetry, my friend. Bill

I can relate to this one. I used to be afraid of storms myself, lol. And weird types of monster, ha.
