Sparkles
"I love you" I whisper
Yet, you are oblivious to what is about to happen.
Laughing, sparkled eyed you rest on my arm.
My heart racing, you smiling oh so calm
On the operating table I lay you my precious baby,
"Sparkles, I have to go but our Father will stay"
A needle prick and slowly you slip away, you ready.
As I leave the room I ask the Lord to keep the doctor's hand steady.
It is your eyes afterall, a delicate operation,
But I have faith, our God is a God for every situation.
I am desperate for the treatment to be successful,
Succesful without scars, cause you so beautiful!
Five minutes passed, and the doctor walks in
My heart skip a beat... What news does he bring?
But it is good news, my heart sing with joy!
My God is a God for every situation,
Your eyes is fine, no need for an operation!
My God you are good, you heard my praying voice,
You a miracle worker in you we rejoice!
