Spaceship To Snowy Earth
one cold night',
years ago
pristine snow
blanketed our large
back yard
a young lad, enarmoured
with tales of science fiction
rich imagination sparked'
his envisioned saucer
landing on this cold alien world
my eyes skimmed the gentle touch-down,
and to me it was as real as could be...
I wondered how many millions of times
this has taken place throughout our
incredible universe, where were these
visitors from, and what were was their intentions?
the only thing I was sure of,
Was that this was a common occurence....
In the vastness of this universe,
And the endless flow of time.
