Soul
Who really can define a term such as beauty?
Let’s digress, what has beauty in world?
Clear sapphire water cascading down on rocks
below and rainbow appearing in the mist.
Driving on a road and seeing the reddish and
orange sun kissing the clouds goodnight.
As summer begins the first flowers that range from
the sky blue” forget-me not” to the simple dandelion
gather around with the multiple colors of the earth.
As the cherry blossoms silhouette, I see the wind carrying
the leaves into a graceful dance around the tree.
Out of all of nature’s beauty there is only one that is
able to sustain it and that vision is woman.
With hope and a little prayer, woman is the soul.
In time a man can possess the traits of a mate.
Here I am a mate without a soul.
