Song Sung Softly
Can you hear the gentle music,
as you travel along the way?
It's sung to you so softly,
and played for you each day.
With winds so softly blowing,
weather cool or warm He sends,
If you listen and listen closely
the music will then begin.
As life takes you rushing onward,
find the time to stop and hear,
slow down and listen closely
for that tune is always near.
God knew Life would be busy
and He knew no time we'd have
so stop, relax and listen to
this tune that heals like salve.
It's a song sung by nature,
great peace to our soul will bring,
In this comfort that is given
through the songs the Birds sing.
