Song of the Palm Trees

There stood some twenty palm trees Or maybe eighteen Each with two shadows From the sun and from the moon All Dancing in rotation Crawling and braiding with Arms of ink And beads of gold A universe of a kaleidoscope Of broken mirrors And turning swords And in this web of shadows There stood an empty house With curtains of linen And windows of wind All started to sing The song of the palm trees And their shivering fronds Like a stormy sea Of chains and rings And all what was hidden In darkness or glare A sacred little universe All dancing in the air Was it for real ? All these moving things I've may never written A poem Or a verse On this life in words Or this life in motion Now gone forever Or was never there

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
