Soned At 'M Dduwies

Afraid my words may cause a little pain
yet still I write for you, and love you more,
For that one smile my pen and ink implore
you look with loving eyes to this refrain.
The thoughts my heart no longer can contain
openly fall, like specks on dusty floor
just swept away; yet still I hunger for
the words so sweet, my tender heart sustain.

Oh Queen of night, essence that holds my heart,
offered to you, yet know you will decline,
a chance indeed that pen could impart
the wealth of words to you my love define
declared in simple shades that are my art,
My Goddess held to me in thoughts divine.
