Notes About The Poem

Finding yourself unable to act upon an impossible situation, although you really want to, you start wondering about options knowing you probably don’t have any.

Somewhere Called Love

         The moon was full
                the stars were bright
                     silence covered the hills.
          A soft song was playing
                the rig slightly swaying
                     heading for somewhere called love.

         You meet someone
               sent from far away
out of the blue they walk by.
         A vision so lovely
               a voice full of hope
                     heading for somewhere called love.

         Running in moonlight
               steering my course
keeping my eyes on the road up ahead.
         Finding that person
               hoping for what?
                      Heading for somewhere called love.

Ahh, this lovely poem is dreamy and flows beautifully from stanza to stanza. I love the hopeful mood to this piece. That serendipity can occur at any moonlit moment! Well done.

Hello John Howard, there are many people searching for love. Finding the right person is not an easy task. To find the right person. Some find them later. Some find them sooner. It doesnot mean it will last. They are lucky if the love does last. Enjoy your day my friend./Darlene\
