I sure do wish I were in New York to see some of those awesome plays!! Hey, you asked me about my sonnets. I began them as part of a homework assignment in an online poetry course. As I began writing them, I realized I had found my niche. They gave me a format in which to use my iambic pentameter that comes to me naturally in a way that set limits on me. That's what I like about it. I was writing long poems before that and sonnets toned my writing down. I've done at least 300 by now.

You must have also liked the Broadway musical "Fiddler on the Roof". I wrote and submitted something just for you. When you get the chance, take a look at "George Theodore".

Nice poem Matthew; If something happened today - you must have felt it in your heart. You are not bad, so you must be good. Thanks for sharing.... Lucilla
