Notes About The Poem

Some Days

Some days I want to stay in bed,
Let flowery thoughts run through my head.
Some days I like to kick off shoes,
Run through our garden as I choose.
Until it’s time to work, I play,
And gift the world my best bouquet.

I love to see somebody else writing in rhyme. And a young person, to boot. Then add that the poems not only flow, but "show" and not "tell" bring an even better emotional feel to the poetry. Good job.
