Solstice

sun rolls cross moor top
barely strength to raise his head…
no shroud evident

canopy exposed
naked trees patiently wait…
wild wind shroud evident

I must have missed something as I did not know you were sick. We can go hand in hand. I too am not well. Your poem on solstice is so apt and to the point. Let's hope 2023 brings us better health.

The picture you paint seems frail, but Harry, I know you are strong and will beat that awful illness. Look forward to seeing you in the new year with more of your stirring poems. Best Wishes Wen. Just read it again, its going on my favourite list, as to have written it, it illuminates your courage my friend. Cheers
