Sobriety

Drugs are not apart of my life
I wish it was the same for you
I always wanted out of the class
Now I can say 'I do'

No struggles, no worries
My children will be safe
The white was magically replaced
God's unconditional love
Told me I'm above this

No matter the hurt I'm going through
I can finally be threw
All I need to do is pray
And God saves the day

He never left my right side
I am so thankful Jesus is alive
In my heart, in my head
He doesn't make my world so red

He polished my eyes
And said "No cries,
You have a job to do"

It's a rough road to have to travel but God will see you through if you're willing to go the distance. Nice poem.
