      cops come in
       crime goes down

      it comes right back
       when cops leave town

      a simple equation
       all kids comprehend

      but not elites ~
       sheepskins in hand

Crime the lifeblood of empires.' O h well much To be said for a morsel and a restfull life and reliable Folk either familiy or friends to be with.'
