* So Many Wars

So many 'WARS' past/present taking lives of
our beloved ones as they serve barely in Countries
who know nothing but Hate for their own kind.
These Men, Women Sacrifice their 'lives' without
question so we can have the Freedoms we have
today and what Thanks do we show any of them?
Their blood soaking the barren dry fields fighting
dying for a Country they Cherish but when they
come back wounded, broken, lost, sick some even
forgotten the WAR for them still goes on day to day
while we go on about our way not giving them the
THANKS that is owed to them they find the Country
they love/loved has turned their backs on them too.
I wonder how they feel, what they think at night when
they fall asleep and awaken with such fright from the
memories of the lives they took over there on the
battle field where they saw friends/enemies die?
So many die alone with out their loved ones their
last thoughts I am sure is of the family left behind.
They fought a good fight, for this great Country we
live in today, I want to Thank-You all for serving,
sacrificing your bodies, your lives to allow us to be,
free and live in this great Nation called The USA!

Amen i think that not enough credit is given to our troops, they sacrifice their lives to protect their country and i honor them for that but i feel the greatest injustice to them is the fact that our government takes advantage of their heroic nature and uses them to win wars over countries for money or power or control and it is unnessesary, May god bless our troops and one day put an end to war. this write was a wonderfull tribute to our service men.
