So Close

So close 
I can taste it
make it out of poverty 
one day  
I will be the greatest
not overrated 
nor sedated 
learn to love 
no hatred 
put the drug down
no need to be faded
look at all the things around
and know deep down
they were like you 
when you were created
life is like a mirror
face it
and if you lose something
replace it
the light at the end of the tunnel
its so close 
I can taste it.      -TA
