Snowfall Speculations
Snowfall Speculations
It's the fiercest of the seasons
as it sheds a coat of white.
Winter's come with all the trappings
in the still and dark of night.
We huddle under covers
from this first onslaught of cold;
yet we rise to face morning
as the bitter winds unfold.
So if we see the bleakness
while we gaze upon the land,
we should also see the beauty
that makes this season grand!
