Snow Wolves
Poured into your arms
Honey spilling from me
Tasting sweet like fantasies
I’m the flower that’s in season
The butterfly that spreads her wings
Catching dreams in cages with no release
Ice castles and blankets of snow
Not cold ‘cause you’re holding me close
Tangled lips eating up the moon’s glow
Slick roads, salted streets
Sailing across the city's limits
Indulging in frequencies
Under the cloud of a midnight sheet
Minutes last for hours
While we listen to the others’ heartbeat
Melting foreign memories
Taping up boxes
Pages from our bible stacked precisely
Bank your betting odds
Winners circle is where I’m meant to be
Waging our affection like outlaws
You’re just drowning in the way my laughs escape me
While I watch you smiling endlessly
This thing between you and me, comes so naturally
