Dearest Mala, you have created a picture of caring in the midst of cold, consolation in the midst of "incessant" snow," life taking care of life when things aren't easy. This tableau has so much depth between the snowdrifts! It really touched my heart with the beauty of your caring heart! Blessings dear friend and a warm hug!

Oh, so refreshing, and truly is a sight for sore eyes, very vivid, and a welcome relief to know some places are actually cold. We live in the Sonoran Desert; it's been so intensely hot. Sigh, anyway, thank you for this lovely cheerful poem :)

Thank you for visiting my page, Dear Poet. Your lovely comment truly touched my heart. I live in Canada, which is extremely cold and snowy in winter - you can easily find this sight here. Do you live in Californian part of Sonoran Desert? Many years ago, I had lived in one of the warmest countries in Middle East. My birthplace, India is pretty hot too, in summer. Best wishes to you, Mala

Bird feeders are a common sight here year-round and especially drinking water for the birds. I like your tableau, Mala. I've sent you SOUP MAIL. :)
