I enjoy observing nature and feeding the birds, but God does supply all their needs, so I don't have to put food out. Sara K

Hello Sara, a lovely write fits the picture perfectly. I find it sad when the blooms fade and fall. Have a great weekend, my friend.

Your visit, Zyrool, is uplifting and encouraging. Yes, we enjoy those blooms so much that is like something goes missing from our heart. God bless and keep you, Sara K

Sara, love your tanka with all of the birds and the last line is so touching! We have birch trees. Right about now the little birds feast on the seed pods while swinging on the thin branches. Best wishes for the contest! Blessings and prayers!

Sam, there are some paper birches down next to the creek, but I can't see them from here. There are so many seeds and berries that birds feast upon but there are some that they won't eat. I have never seen them eat nandina nor holly. Thanks for the visit and nice review. Sara K
