1 1/4 cup of buttermilk
2 cups self rising flour
3/4 cups of uncooked grits
salt
red cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
9 tablespoons of pareseam cheese
1 reaspoons of garlic powder
mix batter dip tomato and fry.
cook golden brown
SET ASIDE
toast or grill bread
on both sides.
SET A SIDE
for cheese spread
mix
1/3 c of mayo
1 teaspoon of conac
2 tablespoons of honey
4 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of cream cheese
1/4 cup of cheddar shredded.
1/4. C mozzarella
1/4 goat cheese
1egg yolk shredded
1/4 cup of sauteed red onion
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of crushed pepper flakes
1/4 cup of sun dried peppers
1/2 teaspoon McCormicks season all
1/2 teaspoon of lime
1/2 teaspoon of dried cilantro
mix and set aside
Spread on bread and toast until melted
twelve leaves of lettuce
24 watercress leaves
assemble
sandwiches
and serve!
