My son
My daughter
Remember
When the truth gets choked out by questions
I have commanded you to be strong and courageous
But for some reason I keep letting my flesh direct me,
Thus I walk in uncertainty as if anxiety was the cross,
road that paid for my blood stained freedom
The only true answer is vertical, you don't have to keep feeling down
Just learn to walk with His spirit like the best friend you talk to everyday
Tell Him everything your mind keeps secret
Allow vulnerability to breathe and you won't have to keep holding your breath
Then Fall in love with fear, because to do so means you no longer have to listen to failure
Because falling allows you the opportunity to get back up should you choose to
So, remember when you run out of options you still have a choice
Meditate with fear and have the conversation you've been avoiding
Make it easy Like it's 9 pm and the minutes are free
Like your in love walking around the house on anything but the floor
Listen to fear
So you can hear the direction you should be moving toward
Hear the speed of your heartbeat and let your steps match the pattern
Run toward fear not away from it
Face your fears like you're looking in the mirror
Affirm your confidence through your fear
Fear doesn't have to be a frozen abyss or a mask
Make fear the smile that shines no matter what; because every page is a chance to learn
Make fear the sunrise before you enter the next chapter
Make fear the rose peeking from the sidewalk away from the others
Make fear normal and growth will become as common as a weekday
p.s. I made my fear wear faith instead...

Excellent advise! Fear brings you to a live or die moment…live in courage, possibly die a hero…or live in cowering and die anyway. Of course, most of us don’t die physically but we could lose the best parts of ourself. Enjoyed this very much!

Very true indeed, learning to live in the moment of fear transitioning from running from fear is what makes strength stand out.
