Written: October 21, 2023, __________________________________ Undressed poltergeists prowl around a lurch occurring on the ground people stoked the burning man's fire, our souls, toasted by the sun's pyre we twirl boldly, strong our hearts pound.

“ our souls, toasted by the sun's pyre” that is a brilliant and very creative line! Your way with words is always so profound and this is another very powerful poem, one of the most soul hitting quintilla iv read recently, that would get any reader to think deeply and connect with all that you’ve woven so meticulously! An interesting choice for this contest, however you always think out of the box with your vivid imagination... You have said so much in only five lines and expressed it with great flow and rhymes.. did you include the contest title in your notes or in the poem? I think its not allowed in contests, maybe you need to check other entries too.. All the best.
