Smiling Lies
Face speaks it all when I lie
Questions I cannot deny
Not for material gain do I cry
Just to hold breath I spy
Lead to breaking small laws
Smiling lies ….
Don’t call me a cheater
What I done was to better
City burning high
Punish me if betrayed
Ignore me not I will die
Smiling lies….
Laughing hidden cry!
