sunshine and cheer on
the street of colorful homes
matching vivid lives

sunshine smiles blooming
in and out of bright doorways
no two the same hue

the birds are singing
and windowboxes trail blooms
in laughing summer

children are playing
as radiant heat comes down
hopscotch to sunset

Love that “hopscotch to sunset” I’ve been to some places where the buildings bloom in lovely colors!

Despite the cold temperatures we are experiencing, we still have sunshine, but no heat. I wish spring were here. Love descriptions as always. ~~
