I see it and hear of it and wonder why I did not do it. Thanks for the reminder of all the hopefuls; brings back shades of Rita Hayworth and the drugstore story.

As with most decisions, there are pros and cons ~ and we'll never know the answer to the 'what-ifs'

Hurrah! An American classic. Everything picture-and-penning-perfect, Line! FAVE! Thanks, Gershon

Thanks for the compliment, Gershon ~ it's really my story in a nutshell (me and a trillion other people).

I love the contrast of small station and big dreams in the suitcase. very cool, Line. How are you doing? MY mom is in town and I am ignoring her to try to catch up with Soup after three days! I better just hurry and see only a few more poets!!

Love that scene Line, can just see someone on the platform with a battered old suitcase at a sleepy old town station. Tom
